All parks run smoothly because we accept a simple set of park rules. These are part commonsense and part park-standards and together they create a certain harmony between the residents and the site owners.
They are as follows...
All gardens and fencing, where applicable, to be kept to the owner's standard. All trees shrubs etc. to be no more that 3 metres.
All site rents and electricity to be paid on time.
No rubbish or litter to be left untidily on the site.
No loud music to be played causing a disturbance on site.
No unnecessary disturbance on site between 11:30 pm and 7:00 am.
No vehicles to be parked obstructing carriageways, entrance drives etc. to units on site.
One vehicle to each unit. No vehicle repairs to be performed on site. No commercial vehicles to be parked overnight without permission of the site owners.
No exterior alterations or extensions to be made to any unit or surrounding area without prior permission of the site owners.
All clothes line types must be rotary airer type.
Any unit offered for sale must be notified to owner in writing to include sale price and appointed agent of applicable. Any potential buyer must first be interviewed and approved in writing by the site owner. In the event of a successful sale 10% of the sale price must be paid to the site owners on completion of the sale. Failure to do so , sale will be null and void.
No person or persons to be allowed to reside permanently with the occupier without written consent from the site owners. If approved in writing must be 55 and over, semi-retired/retired
No businesses to be conducted on site.
No touring caravans to be kept on site.
Any vehicles parked on site without a valid tax disc will be removed.
The access point beneath the unit must not be used for storage of any kind.
Only one storage unit to each home, non-combustible, size to be approved by site owner.
No combustible materials to be kept within the 5 meter space between homes.
All visitors on site will be expected to comply with site rules.
Violation of site rules will incur eviction from site,
